We recently added a powerful banking module to our GetMyInvoices invoice management solution. With this, users can assign their account transactions to existing receipts and thus complete the preparatory accounting in a time-efficient manner without additional effort. The account data is imported via our Universal Banking Access (UBA) interface.
This API enables direct access to German bank accounts to securely retrieve account and turnover data. These can be checking or credit card accounts, PayPal or Stripe accounts. Companies therefore no longer need to connect each account separately to the respective application, but can access the data via our platform and process it. In the case of integration with GetMyInvoices, the interface allows transactions to be automatically matched to the associated invoices. The retrieval of invoices via the GetMyInvoices interface is automated from numerous sources. These include more than 10,000 online portals, email inboxes, cloud storage and third-party solutions such as invoice creation tools. The various paper receipts can be conveniently captured via the innovative solution of the scan app. This means that all receipts and invoice information are securely located in one place.
Using intelligent algorithms, GetMyInvoices suggests the appropriate documents based on the previous upload of account transactions via the UBA API. The amounts, supplier names and the exact purpose of use are automatically compared with the invoices stored in the system. The user then only has to confirm the proposal or, if necessary, select another document from the alternatives.

- The accounting records are complete. If there is no invoice for a transaction, the user can ask the team via the Communications Center to upload the missing document in a timely manner.
